NEXOWAVE is a clothing and accessories store run by THOMPSON NEXOWAVE LLC, registered at 700 Martin Luther King Jr Blvd, Lexington, Kentucky. We call it the studio: every order is checked, folded and packed before it leaves, and the delivery estimate you see on the product page is the one we work to.
What we sell
Technical outerwear, heavyweight hoodies and tees, utility bottoms, vests and the accessories that finish the kit. The range is deliberately short — six rails, each one there for a job: a shell for weather that changes its mind, a hoodie to live in, a tee marked once on the chest, a pant built for the hours between here and there, a vest for the in-between, and a tote or beanie that carries the same signal.
How we choose
We pick pieces to be worn often and kept for years, so we look at the parts that go first: seams that sit flat, bar-tacks at the stress points, zips that keep running, ribbing that holds its shape and fabric that keeps its hand after a season of washing. We would rather sell one jacket that is still on the hook in five years than three that are not.
The six rails
- Outerwear — shells, anoraks, puffers and field jackets for weather that changes its mind
- Hoodies — heavyweight hoodies, crews and fleece pullovers, garment-dyed and marked once
- Tops — boxy heavyweight tees with one small mark on the chest
- Bottoms — cargo, utility and track pants built for the hours between here and there
- Layers — utility, liner and softshell vests for the in-between
- Accessories — totes, beanies and caps that carry the signal
Materials and care
Most of our tops and hoodies are heavyweight ring-spun cotton jersey and brushed cotton-blend fleece, garment-dyed or garment-washed; our shells are tight-weave nylon, matte polyester and bonded softshell; our bottoms are cotton twill and ripstop. Each product page lists the material and care instructions for that piece. As a rule, wash cold with like colours and inside out, tumble dry low or hang to dry, and never iron directly on a print or a coated face.
Sizing, fit and returns
Fits run differently between styles — a boxy tee and a fitted shell are not cut the same — so check the size guide on each product page; it gives flat garment measurements you can compare with a piece you already own.
If something arrives and is not right, return it unworn and in its original condition with tags attached within 30 days of delivery and we will refund it; to change size, place a new order for the piece you want. Write to us first so we can confirm the return details for your order. Faulty items are handled separately — send photos and a short note and we will sort it out with you directly.
